Medical Chronology Summary

A narrative chronology and a narrative summary of the case are developed. The medical records are reviewed and analyzed by LNC’s and these summaries and chronologies are better because the nurses are very aware of all the areas and specialties that impact upon patient care, know key medical terms and can better explain the use of the equipment on the case. Graphic timelines of key events in the medical records can be provided. Analysis of the case is done with the case strengths and weaknesses listed. Deviations from appropriate standards of care can be identified. A list of missing medical records can be provided. Any conflicting medical documentation can be recognized. These medical chronologies assist the attorneys with the medical-legal cases.

All reports can be designed according to an individual’s preference. Most reports can be sent through the Internet for faster response time. Hard copy reports could also be provided. A computer disk copy of the report can be included upon request.
