Applicable standards of care for multiple medical, nursing and other health related specialties can be located and identified. These standards form the basis of appropriate care. Deviations from these standards can be provided as well as determination if the standards were actually adhered to. Efforts are also directed towards any possible tampering of the records or spoilation that may or may not have been noticed previously.
